The National Anthem of Nigeria

"Arise O Compatriots, Nigeria's Call Obey" is the national anthem of Nigeria.

The song was adopted as national anthem of Nigeria in 1978. The lyrics was written by John A. Ilechukwu, Eme Etim Akpan, B. A. Ogunnaike, Sotu Omoigui, and P. O. Aderibighe. The music was written by Nigerian Police Band, under the directorship of B. E. Odiase.
