The National Anthem of Ethiopia

"Wodefit Gesgeshi, Widd Innat Ityopp'ya (March Forward, Dear Mother Ethiopia)" is the national anthem of Ethiopia.

The song was adopted as national anthem of Ethiopia in 1992. The lyrics was written by Dereje Melaku Mengesha. The music was written by Solomon Lulu Mitiku.
